SG Farmhouse 
at Lazy Acres

SG Farmhouse at Lazy Acres is an indoor boutique event facility conveniently located within Lazy Acres Events in Magnolia, Texas. We offer personalized packages to perfectly suit your special event. We have experience creating a perfect party for graduations and retirements, bridal showers and baby showers, birthdays, weddings, and everything in between. 

Our Banquet Room holds 40-80 people. There is a $350.00 facility rental fee that includes 6 hours of use  (including guest setup and teardown).  The facility fee does not include food. All rentals must include a food option provided by SG Farmhouse Kitchen. No outside food or beverages allowed on site. In addition to the exclusive use of our air conditioned banquet room and restrooms, the rental includes an attendant for set up and breakdown of tables, chairs and tablecloths. We will set up the banquet room to your preferred layout. We are happy to assist in event planning and offer decor options for an additional charge. Please see our food packages as some will waive the rental fee. 

We also offer off site catering and event grazing tables. Our passion is designing beautiful food displays that make you and your guests feel like even the food is special on a special day.  We take the time and plan your event food choices so it is customized to exceed your expectations.
